The history of Prosecco Valdo began in 1926, when a group of enterprising winemakers from Valdobbiadene decided to join forces creating the Società Anonima Vini Superiori: a company principally devoted to sparkling wine production of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore and Cartizze.

The excellence of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore comes from scrupulous care taken at all stages of the Valdo production line: from perfectly ripened grapes on the vine to the fermentation process (either the Charmat Method or the Classic Method) right up to the bottling and packaging stage.
The Valdo Wineries currently have two production sites, stationed over a total surface area of 20,000 m².
